Shipping policy

Fulfillment time:
We know you're delighted to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do require that you take 7-10 business days after confirming payment for me to process your order. Because each order is handmade by me, it takes a lot of time.

Approximate shipping times per country:
UK, US, Canada, Australia: Your package is expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.
Others: 10-20 business days. 

Free shipping on orders over $50

Please note that we are not responsible for package delays due to weather, incorrect address information, or issues related to carriers beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve every issue regarding re-shipping, claims or lost packages for all our customers. 
If a package is lost, lost, or cannot be confirmed for delivery with tracking, we will handle re-shipping of the order. Packages that show confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated, and if the package is confirmed not to have been delivered, it will be reshipped. If your package does not show up or arrives damaged, please contact us by contacting us with your order number. Due to the current worldwide lockdown, orders may take an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered. We are working hard to ship all your orders as quickly as possible, and we apologize that your order is taking a little longer than usual.
No liability is accepted for packages that are stolen, lost or delayed in transit.
